At Bunker Mentality, we want you to be fully satisfied with your golf apparel; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is protected for transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
